Niagara End User Training
The 3-day, Niagara End User Training provides Niagara customers with the technical expertise to effectively operate, maintain, and troubleshoot projects using the Niagara Framework.
Objective:
Provide participants with a deeper understanding of the Niagara framework. Topics covered include scheduling, alarms, histories, tagging, BACnet drivers, and graphics.
Intended participants:
This course is intended for customers who support a site that uses the Niagara framework. Customers will gain a greater understanding of how to operate their existing Niagara site.
Duration:
Three days; 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m (day 3 ends at 1:00 p.m.)
Course Fee:
$1800 per participant.
Advanced Niagara 4 (N4) Certification Training
This hands-on course educates experienced students to an Advanced level of technical expertise to effectively and efficiently design, engineer, and program cyber-secure, enterprise-wide, supervisor projects using the Niagara 4 Framework.
Students who pass the testing at the end of this class will receive a Certificate of Achievement testifying to their ability. Please note: this is the same certification that participants would receive if they attended class at Tridium University .
Objective:
Provide participants with a deeper understanding of the Niagara 4 framework. Topics covered include scheduling, alarming, trending, certificate management, tagging, templates, export tags, and graphics.
Intended participants:
This course is intended for students who have Niagara 4 Technical Certification plus post-certification field work
Duration:
Five days; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Please note, day 5 is the certification exam. Participants have until 6:00 p.m. to complete the assessment, but may leave once they have submitted their exam.
Course Fee:
$2500 to $2650 per participant.
Niagara 4 (N4) Certification Training
This hands-on course gives field service personnel a basic level of technical expertise necessary to effectively and efficiently design, engineer, and program projects using the Niagara 4 Framework.
Students who pass the testing at the end of this class will receive a Certificate of Achievement testifying to their ability. Please note: this is the same certification that participants would receive if they attended class at Tridium University .

Provide participants with a deeper understanding of the Niagara 4 framework. Topics covered include control logic, scheduling, alarming, trending, open protocol drives, tagging, templates, and graphics.
Intended participants:
This course is intended for Systems Integrators, OEMs, and other business partners and Distributors who have specifically contracted with Tridium to sell and service Niagara 4.
End-User customers are also welcome to attend this class in order to more fully understand and exploit the implementation of this product in their facility.
Duration:
Five days; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Please note, day 5 is the certification exam. Participants have until 6:00 p.m. to complete the assessment, but may leave once they have submitted their exam.
