Virtual Niagara 4 (N4) Certification Training

Bring Our Classroom to your living room.

This virtual hands-on course gives field service personnel a basic level of technical expertise necessary to effectively and efficiently design, engineer, and program projects using the Niagara 4 Framework.

Students who pass the testing at the end of this class will receive a Certificate of Achievement testifying to their ability. Please note: this is the same certification that participants would receive if they attended class at Tridium University .

Our Virtual Approach:

Nordicity's approach to the virtual training environment is to have a multi-day instructor led course using virtual meeting and virtual classroom technology.  Interaction with the instructor, including presentations, demonstrations, questions, etc. is accomplished through a standard web meeting tool.

Lab exercises are completed with a secure and encrypted VPN connection to the classroom and training equipment.  Students complete all of the Lab Exercises and the Certification Exam using this VPN link.  All the student needs is a reliable internet connection and a small software key that gets loaded on Day1.

In addition to the regular class time, participants can schedule “office hours” - 30 minute – 45 minute 1-on-1 sessions after class for participants who want some extra attention.  We can do this because we limit the virtual class size to allow for more personal instruction.

Duration:

Five days; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m EASTERN Time. Please note, day 5 is the certification exam. Participants have until 6:00 p.m. to complete the assessment, but may leave once they have submitted their exam.
